Who's been watching House of the Dragon, season 2?!

Our fab Tom Glynn-Carney plays King Aegon in this Game of Thrones prequel, a character who everyone, um, thinks is a psychopath. However, Tom explains, “he’s way more three-dimensional than that. I think he’s complex.”

The House of the Dragon picks up approximately 172 years before the birth of Daenerys Stormborn and the death of her father the Mad King, Aerys – the last Targaryen to sit on the Iron Throne before Game of Thrones begins.
